Very close to the kitchen is the utility area which has Drinking water and Bore well water taps for washing utensils during cooking which will make the cooking comfortable and enjoyable. Three modern commercial tilting wet grinders of 5,10 and 15 liters capacity and 5liters conventional wet grinder are available.
