One of the most modern kitchens with steam and gas cooking. It is a very big kitchen of 600 Sq.ft.It has a steam boiler with an idly cooker of 320 idlis capacity, 40 liters of milk cooker and three big vessels for rice, sambar and other purposes. All pipes are of stainless steel for hygienic cooking.

The Dosa plate is of 5Ft X 4Ft size. We have five fixed single burner stoves and one double burner stove, which is movable. We have Stainless Steel Paratta table and Idly table and worktables for comfortable cooking. Also adjacent to the kitchen we have open kitchen to make briyani.
